Many traders want to know all about withdrawals before they start trading, they scrutinize all pros and cons and that is fair enough, in the end of the day you join us to receive profit so let’s talk about the FAQ on withdrawals.
1. What is the maximum amount I can withdraw?
The maximum is $1 000 000, we hope these will give you quite a freedom of choice.
2. How soon after making my first profit can I withdraw?
ASAP! If you wish, of course. You are not restricted with any particular terms. One of the main principles of IQ Option is to let traders decide for themselves. Your money is always yours in our company.
3. What will be the currency of withdrawal?
If your account with IQ Option has the currency different from the bank account’s currency, the funds will be exchanged by your payment system in accordance with their current exchange rate.
4. What are the stages of withdrawal processing?
After a withdrawal request is made, it receives a “Request” status. After the request comes to process, it receives an “In process” status. After receiving an “In process” status, funds get removed from the balance. Funds will be transferred to the payment system wallet after the request receives the “Complete” status.
5. How soon will the funds get credited?
It takes 24 hours for the Company to process your withdrawal but the time of payment depends on the bank or the e-wallet system.
6. Why is the status “Complete” but I don’t have the funds?
The “Complete” status of your request means that we have sent the funds to your payment system, therefore the funds have left us and the further process depends on the your bank/e-wallet. Please wait for the standard term of 21 working days, if the funds do not arrive within this period, we will provide you with the transaction code so that your payment system locates the transaction and pays you the funds.
7. Where do I withdraw?
It is important that you withdraw to the same card or e-wallet, you have used to make a deposit before, otherwise the system will cancel the request, the amount must not be larger than the deposit made from that card(no amount limits for the e-wallets though). These are the security measures we take.
8. How do I withdraw to the card?
Once you have deposited via your bank card, please note that at first you will only be able to withdraw to the same bank card and the amount must not be bigger than the total amount of the deposit made from the card. The rest of the funds can go to the bank account (not the card) or the e-wallets like Skrill or Fasapay, please see the full list on our main page or in the withdrawal tab of your personal cabinet.
