November has been a challenging month for our Indonesian traders due to issues with logging into the accounts. Fortunately, our specialists managed to fix the issue and provide traders with options to access the platform.
How to access the platform and register?
First of all, we released an update for the Android app that helps Indonesian traders to log in and access the platform. So all you need to do is download the most recent app from the Play Store and you will gain access to your account.
Another thing you may do is use VPN in order to log in with no obstacles. Using VPN is now officially allowed for traders from Indonesia and Turkey.
How to deposit?
You are free to choose your preferred method of deposit on the deposit page.
1. Wire transfer (Central Asia, Negara Indonesia, Rakyat Indonesia, CIMB Niaga, Mandiri),
2. Bank card deposit (Visa, Mastercard),
3. E-wallets like Neteller, Skrill, Webmoney, AdvCash.
In order to make a deposit, you need to choose one of the available methods and fill in the corresponding fields (amount, card number\e-wallet number or data about the bank account). All of the deposits are processed instantly, so they should be credited to your account within minutes.
The minimum amount you may deposit is 10 USD or 100 000 IDR and the minimum investment in a deal is 10 000 IDR.
How to trade?
The platform offers you a great variety of instruments to trade — Options, Digital, Forex, CFD, Crypto. You are welcome to try trading each one on the Practice account — it is free and has 10 000 USD of practice money on it. You can not withdraw that money, but you can use it for training and learning. Our tutorials will help you start, you may find them in Indonesian here.
You can learn about the indicators that are available on the platform, find out about different candlestick patterns and get a good understanding of the platform.
How to withdraw?
In case of a deposit with a bank card, you may withdraw an amount equal to the amount that was deposited in the last 90 days back to the same bank card. This process may take a little longer than expected, depending on your bank. IQ Option immediately transfers the money to your bank. But it may take up to 21 days (3 weeks) to transfer money from the bank to your bank account.
All of the rest of funds can be withdrawn either with an e-wallet (Webmoney, Skrill, Neteller) or wire transfer.
If you deposited with an e-wallet, you will be able to withdraw all the funds back to the same e-wallet account straight away (AdvCash is not available for withdrawals, so in this case you will be able to use another e-wallet to withdraw). In case a wire transfer was used for a deposit, you will be able to use a wire transfer to withdraw the funds as well. E-wallet and wire transfers take up to 3 business days to be credited to you.

I am a trader, recently registered my account on Iq option, from Indonesia. Last week I made a deposit to my iqoption account via Band Central Asia (local bank). As per my bank statement, my money was transferred to a personal bank account under the name of Titik Nuryati instead of being transferred to Iqoption’s official bank account.
I wonder if Iqoption has an officially registered bank account in Indonesia? If not, why?

Hello, the only way to deposit funds to IQ Option is through the app directly, there is a deposit tab there.
You do not and you should not transfer funds to someone personally or to some bank account. We do not have it.

I understand that the only way to deposit funds is to do so through IQ Option. I did exactly the same. I clicked the deposit button in my real account. I choose BCA bank option, it took me to the normal process of bank transfer and I successfully received the money in my IQ Option.
But, later on when I looked over my bank statement, I found for that transfer it was made to a personal bank account instead of IQ Option’s official account.
My question is does IQ option have official local bank accounts in Indonesia under IQ Option’s official name or due to regulations you use personal bank accounts?
