You will be redirected to the payment gateway of your chosen bank. Please input the necessary credentials and click ‘Login’.
Input the OTP code received on your phone and please choose a bank account for the transaction, if necessary.
After the OTP code is verified by the system, you will receive a message confirming your deposit has been successfully processed.
How to withdraw
Please choose your local bank. Then input the amount to be withdrawn as well as your banking account credentials.
Click on the ‘Withdraw Funds’ button.
Success! Your withdrawal request has been submitted.

I need abit of clarification on the withdrawal amounts that are permitted please.
I am from South Africa and am considering binary trading on the IQ Option platform, my only concern is the withdrawal amounts ( the deposit and withdrawal process seems to be easy enough). I have read on previous posts that the withdrawal amount CANNOT exceed the inital deposit amount , so for example if I use ABSA to transfer R4000 which is roughly $250 and start my live account which after 2 weeks of luck and positive trading now has a balance of $600. I would not be able to withdraw the entire $600 but have to make 2 withdrawals …. 1 for the amount of $250 back to my ABSA bank account and the remaining $350 to an e wallet provider like Skrill who charge additional service fees. Is this correct or is the no limit on the withdrawal amount back to the bank that we used to make the deposit from in the first place?

Your withdrawal method will depend on the deposit method. If you make a deposit from the card, you will be able to withdraw initial deposit amount back to the card, as it is processed as a refund. To be precise, you will be able to withdraw the sum of your deposits in last 90 days to your card. Everything that exceeds that amount (which is basically your profit) should be withdrawn to an e-wallet.
In case you’ve used an e-wallet to deposit, you can withdraw all the sum of funds from your balance to the same e-wallet account. In order to withdraw funds, you should make a withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests are processed from our side within 3 working days.
If you withdraw to the bank card, it will take another 1-9 working days (weekends are not included) for the bank to process this transaction.

I withdrew from IQ options last week Friday on the 22nd of May 2019 before 11:00am using the wire transfer. Today on the 30th of May 2019 before 11:00am I contacted FNB (the bank I bank with) to check if there was an instruction regarding the funds. I was told that the funds have not been processed by the broker yet.
What do I do in this matter? having read the article above I’m Understanding that the amount was processed on the same day
