The Retail sales report provides an aggregated measure of sales of retail goods and services over a specific time period. This measure is estimated by Statistics Norway. Retail sales are seasonal, volatile and relatively important to the overall economy.

Results were reported at 1.3%, rising from previous month’s value of 0.2% and beat expectations of 0.1%. Retail Sales MoM in Norwaypeaked at an all-time high point of15.40% in January of 1989and hit rock-bottom at-9% in February of 1987. |
