Construction PMI

The Construction PMI index is an indicator that tracks and measures the performance of the construction sector based on orders, employment, sales, prices etc. Levels above 50 indicate expansion of the industry. This metric is reported on a monthly basis by Housing Industry Association.

Australian Construction PMI

In June 2017 the indicator decreased to 56 from the previous month which was at 56.7. This figure was at its historical lows of 26.24 in Dec 2008 and at its highs of 59.10 in Sep 2014.
