Please wait for the standard term of 21 working days, if the funds do not arrive within this period, we will provide you with the transaction code so that your payment system locates the transaction and pays you the funds.
7. Where do I withdraw?
It is important that you withdraw to the same card or e-wallet, you have used to make a deposit before, otherwise the system will cancel the request, the amount must not be larger than the deposit made from that card(no amount limits for the e-wallets though). 8. How do I withdraw to the card?

We need to tell you that you are able to withdraw only the initial deposit amount (50 USD) back to the same card during 90 days since the date of your deposit.
For example, you deposit on June, 1st = you can receive this money back to the bank card starting from June, 1st till September, 1st (90 business days). Starting from September, 2d, your payout option will change to an alternative one (an e-wallet option like Skrill, for example).
However, you are welcome to withdraw all of your profit as well (just not to the bank card).

Hi Muhammad, i started my account in IQ Option and i asked the support about that subject, they said you MUST withdraw back to the same source you deposited from, meaning if you deposited 10$ from Neteller you have to withdraw 10$ back to Neteller and than withdraw whatever amount to any method available in their website.

I am getting very dissapointed and losing my faith in IQoption. Just in case I made screenshots en back ups of all chat conversations, IP Login, my amount of money, the amount of crypto’s i own. I already started the complain procedure. Some other members who had this before are warning me. They sad they had exactly the same and have been waiting for months and did not get anything. They are advising meshould get in contact with the media about this matter. But i still trust i don’t need to do this and value the relationship between me and IQoption.

Hi all. I strongly recommend to not trade on IQ Option you will definitely get some problems with them. They blocked my account and do not want to pay me. They are incriminating me to to cheat. Which is definitely a joke. I have lost a lot of money through my entire journey on IQ Option, so how could I be cheating? It does not make any sense. They asked me for technical explanation of my trades, which I gave, totally based on pure price action – trend line and support breakout. I have created my IQ option account for my trading. When I start make the deposit, there is no issue. As soon as I make a profit then IQ option account manager start asking me provide all documents for verification check. I did provide all documents from my account manager. I checked in my account shown verification has done. However, I am not able to withdraw my profit. I only can withdraw my deposit money back to the same card I deposit. I have been contact with IQ option support team and account manager. It have been over 2 weeks I requested withdraw my profit in my Skrill account. Just showing in progress. This really make me worry my money and the withdraw issue haven’t been solved. My first impression on IQ options is really disappointed and don’t go with this broker for your trading. So I made a number of withdrawals with IQ Option and all of them went well. But I requested a withdrawal a few days ago after i made some good profits, and it says “Withdrawal hold”, although my account is verified and I didn’t break any rule.
Whenever I call them they say its a security check and it takes a minimum of 7 days to start the security check. That’s really sketchy because whenever I ask about the reason for this security check, they don’t give me any sensible reason.
I recorded all the calls just in case. I really don’t want to be disappointed as I have been trading with IQ Option for about two years.

Some deposit / withdrawal methods you provide are one-sided ( only withdrawal / only deposit ) .
You have a rule on ewallets which is withdrawal only possible with same wallet as deposit !, I can understand why and its ok! , for all wallets which works both-ways.
But you applied that rule to every wallet even if deposit option is not available for it!
So “withdrawal only wallets ” only works for people who use a “deposit only” method and never used other wallet before!
Those options are banned for other users like me who used “wallets that works both way” before , Even though they use other methods to deposit later they are stuck with that!’

If you deposit from Maybank, you can withdraw back there without any limit. The same goes for any e-wallet (Neteller, for example). The limitation of the return equal to the deposited amount applies only to bank cards like VISA and MasterCard.
You have 3 commission-free withdrawals per calendar month. The payout method does not make any difference.
Each subsequent withdrawal will incur a 2% (two percent) commission fee. You are welcome to find more details in the Terms and Conditions of the Company.

If you reside in Ghana, then you will only be allowed to use a bank card issued in that country.
Secondly, if you reside in Ghana then you should select the country of your account as Ghana and provide with some ID issued in Ghana.
Bank card verification is mandatory on our platform, if you use a bank card in the first place, however for ewallets it can be mandatory too but for that you need to contact the support of the ewallet.

I am also facing the same problem. My profit payout has been reduced to 48% in digital option with only two currency pairs available GBP/NZD & CAD/JPY. In Binary option the profit payout is 30% only with all currency pairs available. In forex, the leverage is 1:10 only. Usually it will be 1:1000. I am facing this issue since oct 23rd. Its been 2 months now still i am facing this issue. Usually i trade on EUR/USD digital whereas currently it is not available for me alone now while my friends have all the currency pairs with higher profit payout like 87%- 95%. I have been complaining this issue chat support and the response is “I do apologize for the limitations on your account 😓.

Hi, I use to trade with IQ Option but stopped due to a lot of issues recently being heard. I am also an investor to my friend being a day trader for morethan 5 years now and I would like to ask you the following questions because I was told these are the issues being faced with this broker regarding the withrawal.
1. Is it true that IQ Option declines withrawal requests just because you require a specific trading volume because funds in her account is already big?
2. Account manager assigned to her being VIP has been removed becoming biased to non-EU traders. Instead, she was offered to upgrade her account to a business so means she needs to add more funds.
3. She was advised to withraw up to $2,000 USD per day only BUT still not processed.
4. You are now becoming templated when it comes to answering her queries since she has no account manager anymore. Isnt it so biased that you suddently change just because she is a non-EU trader?
5. You blocked her account just because she earns a lot and that is because she is a good trader.
6. I also heard that manipulate the platform. Actually I even experienced that before I stopped because theres a sudden place of call for binary option.
7. Is it true that you have an arrangement of 1 yr lock in period for the funds before can be withrawn? what type of account is this?

Regarding withdrawals, if your account is verified and you follow all protocols then it is simple and easy, we can not hold funds just because we feel like neither there is any volume requirement.
Regarding VIP, then again, it has basic requirements and conditions, if those conditions are not met then the status can be revoked.
There is no manipulation on the platform neither accounts are blocked just because a trader is trading good. Lastly, as long as a trader has available balance, he or she can withdraw it provided the basic withdrawal protocols are met. We do not have any limit / day for withdrawals or that it takes 4 months.
