Confused about your TED deposit? Here is a detailed step by step guide to help you successfully complete the payment.
1. Proceed to the deposit page of the IQ Option website (or click “Deposit” in the app) and choose the TED option from the list.
2. Choose the desired amount of your deposit.
3. If it is your first time making a deposit, you can choose the currency in which you want to deposit. Note that once you make the deposit, the currency of your account will be set and it won’t be possible to change it (for instance, if you deposit in BRL, you won’t be able to change it to USD later).
4. Accept the Terms & Conditions and click “Proceed to Payment”.
5. You will need to specify your CPF number. Enter 11 digits with no special characters. Please remember that you can only use your own CPF number.
6. Make sure to read the instructions about the processing time. Specify your email in order to be notified about the status of your transaction.
7. Click “confirm” and you will see the details of your deposit — the reference number and the deposit amount.
8. At the bottom of the page you will see the instructions to complete the payment, including the bank details for the transfer.
9. Once the transfer is completed, it shall be credited to your IQ Option account within the specified timeframe.
