This one is for our traders from Brazil. If you are confused on what to begin with or you just want to refresh this information in your memory, here is a guide that covers all the basics.
Successful trading starts with a good knowledge base. Decide which assets you like to trade — do you prefer trading with expirations like Options and Digitals? Or maybe you like more long term investments like Forex, CFD and Crypto offer? Find it out by trading these instruments on the Practice account — it is free and allows you to get acquainted with the platform without spending real money.
The Practice balance is renewable, which means that you can fill it up as many times as you want. The Practice account charts are identical to the ones on the Real account, which allows you to build a strategy that can be implemented on the Real balance.
You can also find tutorials in Portuguese here or in the traderoom. They are a good help for a novice trader. If you want to get into fundamental analysis, you may check out the Market analysis tab in the traderoom.
Once you feel like you are ready, you are welcome to make your first deposit.
In order to make a deposit to the platform, choose the method you prefer from the list on the deposit page.
At the moment deposits with a bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Astropay card or with e-wallets like Skrill, Neteller, Qiwi, AdvCash, Jeton and Webmoney are available. They are instant which means that the funds will be credited to your account almost immediately. It is also possible to deposit with Boleto, which can take up to 2 days to get credited to you. You may have your account currency as BRL.
The minimum deposit is 20 BRL (or 10 USD\GBP\EUR). As soon as you make your deposit, you can trade on the Real account on the platform.
You are welcome to withdraw the funds that you have on your account at any moment. Once the time comes for a withdrawal, you will be able to choose the withdrawal method according to the method you used for a deposit.
If a bank card was used for a deposit, it has to be refunded. This means that you need to withdraw the amount equal to the amount that was deposited with this bank card in the last 90 days. As soon as you do it and pass the verification process, you will be able to withdraw all the rest of the funds to e-wallets – Skrill, AdvCash, Neteller and Webmoney.
If you used an e-wallet to begin with, you will be able to withdraw all the amount to the same e-wallet. Note that Astropay card is not refundable, so if you used it for a deposit, you may also withdraw all funds to an e-wallet of choice.
A withdrawal to a bank card may take up to 9 business days to be credited (although it can be much faster), whereas an e-wallet withdrawal takes up to 3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal is 4 BRL (or 2 USD\EUR\GBP).
