ADP Employment Change is a measure that indicates the exact number of people who have joined (or left) the workforce during a set period of time, usually a month. It can be used to trace the employment in one given country and, based on that, predict the economic growth rate. Positive numbers indicate that more people have joined the workforce during the reported period than left, while negative numbers indicate a contraction in employment.
