Service Purchase Manager’s Index records business conditions in the service sector, which accounts for the overall economic sector. This index is estimated using a sample of 300 companies based in the Spanish service sector by Markit Economics. A value above 50.0 indicates industry expansion and below indicates contraction.

Results were reported at 58.3 Index Points, raising from previous month’s values of 57.3 Index Points beating expectations of 56.5. The highest and lowest values of Spain’s services PMI were 60.30 and 36.80, respectively. |
