Retail Sales MoM

The Retail sales report provides an aggregated measure of sales of retail goods and services over a monthly time period. This measure is calculated by the National Statistics Institute (INE), Spain. Retail sales are seasonal, volatile and relatively important to the overall economy.

 Spanish Retail Sales

Spanish Retail Sales fell on a monthly basis for May 2017 by 57% compared to previous month’s value. Results were reported at 0.3%, falling from previous month’s value of 0.7%. Retail Sales MoM in Spainpeaked at an all-time high point of3.10% in April of 1998and hit rock-bottom at-7.40% in September of 2012.
