Producer Prices

Producer’s Price Index is an average of change in the prices that were sold to producers in order to provide products on services to consumers. This measure is calculated by Federal State Statistics Service. A high value means a rise in prices of goods that tends to raise inflation values as measured by the Consumer Price Index.

Russian Producer Prices

Russian Producer Prices declined on a monthly basis for May 2017 by 0.50% compared to previous month’s value. Results were reported at 621.4 Index Points, dropping from previous month’s value of 624.5 Index Points. Producer Prices in Russiapeaked at an all-time high point of636 Index Points in February of 2017and hit rock-bottom at0 Index Points in January of 1991.
