The Composite PMI measures the state and business trends in manufacturing/services industries by tracking revenues, orders, employment, inventories and other data from more than 5,000 companies. This metric is reported on a monthly basis by Markit Economics.

Euro Area Composite PMI

In Jun 2017 the indicator decreased to 55.7 from 56.80 the previous month representing a change of 1.9%. This figure was at its historical lows of 45.70 in 2012 and at its highs of 56.80 in May 2017.
