Labor Force Participation Rate captures the number of people who are employed and unemployed but looking for a job, divided by the total working-age population. This measure is calculated by Statistics Canada. In September of 2003, Labor Force Participation Rate reached the highest value of 67.70% and in March of 1976 took the lowest value of 61.40%.
