Business Confidence

Business Confidence measures the level of confidence of business executives who run companies relative to the domestic economic performance and what they believe about their business. This measure is estimated by the Ivey Business School at Western University. This index takes values from -100 to 100 indicating extreme lack of confidence and extreme confidence, respectively. Business Confidence in Canada reached an all-time high of 75 in May of 2006 and a record low of 36.10 in January of 2009.
